Return & Exchange
Our Customer Service representatives determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges once customers have contacted us and explained their reason for return. Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service will halt or delay your return. All products and packaging must be in new condition and may not be returned or exchanged used, worn or altered in any way.

 

Graduation Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policies:

1. All problems with orders must be addressed within 7 days of receipt of your order or we will not be able to accept an item for exchange or return. Email info@greatgraduationgifts.com within 7 days.

2. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or altered once it has left our facility. If you make an order that you wish to cancel, you mail the order back after you have received it. Please note that original processing and shipping costs will not be refunded and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any return shipping.

3. If we shipped you the wrong size, wrong color and wrong style: You have the option of 1) exchanging it for the correct item, or 2) returning it for a full refund. 3) Request sending the correct item. Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending items back. We reserve the right to refuse return and exchange of any items with wear, damage or removed tags. We cannot be responsible for any size and color error on the part of the person placing the order.

4. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error or allergic reaction from use must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received.

5. All custom items cannot be returned and are non-refundable, this is because these items are made from custom fabrics or have custom printing with your personal information, therefore cancellations are not accepted after your order has been submitted.

6. Delivery times may vary. The Estimated Delivery Date provided at checkout is estimated only and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time.We cannot refund shipping charges for shipments arriving past the estimated delivery date.

7. All orders are handled and shipped according to handling and shipping method customer chosen. We are not responsible for any delivery delay if customers chosen improper shipping method.

8. If we send the order by wrong shipping method which result in the order miss need date, customers have rights to ask for refund of extra shipping fee and up to 50% refund. If we delay the handling time which result in the order miss the need date. Customers have rights to cancel the order before shipping or return it for up to 50% refund after shipping out.

9. If exchange is acceptable, the correct item for exchange will be shipped to you once we confirm the item was returned.

10. If refund is of acceptance, we will issue the refund within 1-2 week.
